Gateway to Spirituality — Arrival in Delhi & Journey to Haridwar

  • Assemble at Iti Donyi Polo Airport, Itanagar, 2 hours before the flight.
  • Board your flight to Delhi, then drive to the peaceful town of Haridwar. Check into the hotel and relax.
  • Overnight stay in Haridwar.

Into the Himalayas — Journey to Chopta, Nature’s Alpine Classroom

  • After a hearty breakfast, it’s time to embark on your scenic drive to Chopta, often referred to as the 'Mini Switzerland of India' due to its breathtaking landscapes
  • On reaching Chopta by evening, you’ll check-in to your campsite, where a warm welcome awaits you. After settling in, enjoy a delicious dinner.
  • As the night falls, settle into your cozy tent or accommodation, ready to drift into a peaceful sleep, rejuvenated for the next day's adventures in the lap of nature.

Trekking the Trails — Exploring Deoriatal Lake and Himalayan Wilderness

  • Wake up to a Mount-Tastic morning and enjoy the surrounding.
  • After a satisfying lunch, it's time to lace up your trekking boots and embark on the scenic Deoriatal Trek. This captivating trail takes you through lush forests, vibrant meadows, and tranquil streams, leading to the stunning Deoriatal Lake. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks
  • After the trek, return to the campsite, where a warm, delicious dinner awaits. Relax around the campfire, share stories with fellow travelers, and enjoy the peaceful night under the stars. Settle in for a restful overnight stay at the campsite,

Trekking to the Top — Discovering Mountains, Mysticism & Mindful Adventure

  • Rise and shine with an early breakfast, gearing up for an unforgettable adventure as you embark on a trek to Tungnath, one of the revered Panch Kedar temples and the highest Shiva temple globally.
  • The trek spans approximately 4 kilometers, a journey that typically takes 3-4 hours to reach the sacred site.
  • Along the way, immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of the Himalayan peaks, relishing the tranquil ambiance that surrounds you.
  • Upon reaching Tungnath, soak in the spiritual atmosphere and marvel at the divine architecture before continuing your trek for another 1.5 kilometers to Chandrashila Peak, offering unparalleled panoramic views of the majestic landscape.
  • As the day draws to a close, descend back to Chopta, where a well-deserved dinner awaits.
  • Retire for the night, filled with memories of the day's adventures amidst the stunning vistas of Chopta.

Exploring Sacred Confluences & Spiritual Traditions — Journey Through Devprayag to Rishikesh

  • After a hearty breakfast, get ready for a scenic drive as you head towards Rishikesh, the Yoga capital of India. Enroute, make a special stop at Devprayag, one of the Panch Prayags (five confluences) of the Alaknanda River. This sacred town, where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers merge to form the Ganges, offers a serene and spiritual atmosphere.
  • Continuing your journey, you’ll reach Rishikesh by evening, a city known for its spiritual ambiance and adventure activities. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel, where comfort and relaxation await. Unwind and freshen up after the day's journey.

  • Upon arrival in the bustling city, check into your hotel, freshen up, and spend some time unwinding from your travels.
  • Enjoy an overnight stay in the vibrant city of Delhi.

Arrival at Hometown – A Journey Ends, Memories Begin

  • Following breakfast, complete your check-out and head to Delhi airport.
  • Board your flight and journey home, cherishing the wonderful memories you've created.
  • Reach home with happy memories.

  • Any Airfare / Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions” or any type of transportation.
  • Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Roadblocks, and other natural calamities.

Important Notes

  • At the time of trip boarding, all the students will be thoroughly briefed about the trip and all the necessary safety instructions by our well-trained professionals or Instructors.
  • A team of senior instructors will be travelling along with the children in the flight / Train.
  • Allotting them seats, boarding the luggage, etc will be taken care of by the instructors.
  • Every check-in will be assigned a dedicated senior instructor.
  • Wherever the group will be taking a halt for having meals, for washrooms, etc. Our instructors will check them first and once they approve the hygiene & quality, the students will be allowed to deboard and use them.
  • On these trips, a female supervisor will also be travelling especially with the female students.
  • Once we reach our destination, our senior instructors/trip captains and supervisors will take care of room allotments, briefing about the sightseeing plan, meals, what to carry, morning wakeup calls and activities etc.
  • For better understanding and safety, local assistance will be provided in case of activities like trekking, hikes, etc.
  • As a responsible and experiential travel community, we would try our best to provide all regional knowledge about the destination to the students on the trips.
  • We do not promote any commercial activity on the trips and thus Samara Camps says strictly no to them.
  • There will be proper home-cooked meals and hygiene will be the main point of concern for all the students.
  • All the transport and accommodation vendors are checked for quality and safety before the trip starts. Moreover, we work with them regularly and thus are trusted in all aspects. We strictly instruct drivers not to smoke, drink and conduct themselves in a good manner.
  • The instructors/trip captains travelling with the students will be equipped with a proper medical kit for emergency use. We make sure that all the students should fill out a safety form before boarding the trip.
  • Facilities such as oxygen cylinders and doctors on-call will also be provided on our trips.
  • Our team will be traveling from hometown to hometown.
  • All payments should be made in full and in advance
