About the Program

This educational tour to Sasan Gir and Junagadh was designed to provide students with a perfect blend of wildlife exploration, cultural immersion, and historical learning.

From experiencing the thrill of spotting Asiatic lions at Devaliya Safari Park to enjoying adventure activities and learning about tribal traditions through the vibrant Siddi Dhamal dance, the program offered hands-on exposure to nature, heritage, and regional culture.

A visit to the ancient Uparkot Fort added historical depth, while group travel and outdoor activities helped students build essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence.

This journey was not just a trip — it was a living classroom where learning went beyond textbooks and came alive in real experiences.

Tentative Itinerary

Day 1

Journey Begins: Igniting Curiosity on the Road to Sasan Gir

Students report at the school at least 1 hour before departure time, marking the official start of their educational tour.
After a quick headcount and group briefing by the tour leaders, students board the bus for the overnight journey to Sasan Gir, filled with excitement and anticipation for the adventure ahead.

Day 2

Immersive Learning Through Culture & Adventure in Sasan Gir

Arrive in Sasan Gir by morning and proceed with resort check-in and room allotment.
Take some time to freshen up and relax after the journey.
Later, enjoy some fun and leisure time at the resort’s swimming pool.
In the evening, savor a delicious dinner, followed by a lively performance of the African Siddi Dhamal Dance, offering students a vibrant introduction to the local tribal culture.
Conclude the day with a comfortable overnight stay at the resort.

Day 3

A Day of Wildlife, Heritage & Hands-On Learning

After breakfast, get ready for an exciting visit to Devaliya Park Safari, where students will ride through a protected forest area, spotting Asiatic lions and other wild animals in their natural habitat.
En route, stop for souvenir shopping, where students can pick up local crafts and keepsakes to remember the trip.
Later, explore the ancient Uparkot Fort in Junagadh, known for its rich history and impressive architecture.
In the evening, begin the overnight journey back to your hometown, with dinner en route.

Day 4

A Day of Wildlife, Heritage & Hands-On Learning

Arrive back in your hometown by morning, bringing along unforgettable memories, new friendships, and valuable learnings from a truly enriching educational journey.

Keep Note

A team of senior instructors will be travelling along with the children in the flight / Train.
At the time of trip boarding, all the students will be thoroughly briefed about the trip and all the necessary safety instructions by our well-trained professionals or Instructors.
Allotting them seats, boarding the luggage, etc will be taken care of by the instructors.
Every check-in will be assigned a dedicated senior instructor.
Wherever the group will be taking a halt for having meals, for washrooms, etc. Our instructors will check them first and once they approve the hygiene & quality, the students will be allowed to deboard and use them.
Once we reach our destination, our senior instructors/trip captains and supervisors will take care of room allotments, briefing about the sightseeing plan, meals, what to carry, morning wakeup calls and activities etc.
For better understanding and safety, local assistance will be provided in case of activities like trekking, hikes, etc.
As a responsible and experiential travel community, we would try our best to provide all regional knowledge about the destination to the students on the trips.
There will be proper home-cooked meals and hygiene will be the main point of concern for all the students.
All the transport and accommodation vendors are checked for quality and safety before the trip starts. Moreover, we work with them regularly and thus are trusted in all aspects. We strictly instruct drivers not to smoke, drink and conduct themselves in a good manner.
The instructors/trip captains travelling with the students will be equipped with a proper medical kit for emergency use. We make sure that all the students should fill out a safety form before boarding the trip.
Facilities such as oxygen cylinders and doctors on-call will also be provided on our trips.
Our team will be traveling from hometown to hometown.
