Itinerary

Delhi Arrival | Overnight Journey to Manali.

  • Gather up, adventurers! Meet at the boarding point outside Delhi Railway Station.
  • As dusk falls, we'll set off on our journey to Manali, making a quick stop at Murthal or somewhere ahead for some tasty bites.
  • While we hit the road, get ready to bond and make memories with your fellow explorers. It's going to be a wild ride!

Please Note: Travelers will be notified regarding exact Trip Boarding Details before 24 hours before Trip Departure.

Change of Plans: We reserve right to change any schedule in the interest of safety & general wellbeing as per the call taken by your Trip Captain due to weather, road conditions & other factors out of control.

Local Sightseeing | Jogini Waterfalls

  • We will reach Manali in the morning by 8:00 AM.
  • After arriving in Manali, check-in to our comfy hotel, freshen up, followed by breakfast and spend some leisure time enjoying the breathtaking views of Dhauladhar Range.
  • Post lunch, Visit the Vashisht temple & Hot water springs, begin your hike to Jogini Falls.
  • In the evening, group games & music
  • Enjoy the home-style cooked dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.

Drive to Jispa via Sissu & Atal tunnel

  • Start your day with a picturesque morning and prepare for an extraordinary exploration of Himachal.
  • After breakfast, journey to Jispa through Atal Tunnel, Solang Valley & Sissu, reveling in the scenic beauty of the Himalayan riverside.
  • Arrive at Jispa, check in at the charming riverside campsite.
  • End the day with a scrumptious home-style dinner and a peaceful night's sleep in the comfort of your property.

Jispa to Shinku La Pass / Baralacha Pass

  • After a snowy cold morning, depart for shikula pass or Baralacha pass sightseeing.
  • Return back to campsite and later take a stroll in Darcha village to know its culture and eco system.
  • Enjoy dinner, campfire and music followed by nightstay.

Note : On this day, sightseeing will take place at one of the two locations. Depending on permits and conditions, you will visit either Shinkula Pass or Baralacha Pass.

Drive from Jispa to Manali | Waterfall hike

  • After breakfast, begin your scenic journey towards Manali via the breathtaking Lahaul Valley.
  • Upon reaching Manali, check in to your hotel and take some time to unwind and refresh after the journey.
  • Later in the afternoon, head out for a waterfall hike in the charming Vashisht village. The trail leads you through quaint village paths and pine-covered hills, ending at a serene waterfall — a perfect spot to relax, click photos, and connect with nature.
  • After spending some quiet time at the falls, return to the hotel in the evening. Enjoy a warm dinner and settle in for a comfortable overnight stay in Manali.

Manali local Sightseeing

  • Wake up to a peaceful mountain morning and post breakfast, visit the ancient Hidimba Devi Temple, located in the enchanting hills of Manali.
  • This temple, dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, the courageous wife of the legendary hero Bhima from the Mahabharata.
  • After immersing in the spiritual atmosphere, take a leisurely walk along the bustling Manali Mall Road.
  • Return to the hotel, enjoy a delightful dinner, and Stay overnight at the hotel.

Adventure Activities | Kasol Sightseeing | Delhi Departure

  • Begin your day with the breathtaking beauty of mountain mornings, savor a delightful breakfast, and gear up for an exhilarating adventure!
  • Answer the call of Kullu with its exciting river rafting and paragliding experiences. (Costs not included).
  • Later Depart for Kasol. Reach Kasol and visit Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara.
  • Visit Kasol Market for some souvenir shopping & visit the happening cafes of kasol.
  • As the day winds down, we'll begin our overnight journey from Kasol to Delhi, but don't worry, the journey back will be just as memorable as the trip up

Delhi Arrival | Trip Ends

  • Reach Delhi early morning with lots of amazing memories and unforgettable experiences.

  • Transportation from Delhi (Volvo / Tempo Traveller).
  • Local transportation as per itinerary.
  • Accommodation on sharing basis: Manali Hotel (3 Nights) & Jispa Campsite (2 Nights).
  • 14 Meals: Dinner (5), Lunch (3), & Breakfast (6).
  • Experienced and certified instructor.
  • Medical kit to handle emergency conditions.
  • Driver allowances, Toll taxes, Parking, State taxes.

Exclusions

  • Any extra Meals apart from the ones mentioned under Inclusions.
  • Any personal expenses.
  • Travel insurances.
  • Any sightseeing ticket fee or Commercial Activities.
  • Items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, mineral water etc.
  • Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, political disturbances etc.
  • Any item not specifically mentioned in Inclusions column.
  • GST 5% is applicable extra.

Important Notes

  • We need you to stick to the Tour Program. No refunds if you're late, join late, or leave early. Remember, unused tour services aren't refundable.
  • Samara World not liable for any costs that occurred due to incidents like accidents, theft, or changes caused by reasons such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes, land slides, snowfall, road-blockage, floods), government orders, strikes, bandh, political disturbances, disease-related issues, or adverse weather conditions.
  • Just a heads up, if any unexpected costs pop up during your trip or if there are changes to the plan due to the reasons mentioned earlier, you'll need to take care of those expenses then and there. You can settle these directly with our POC or the trip captain on the go.
  • You'll handle any extra costs directly with the hotels or service providers. Keep in mind that special requests like Early Check-in, Late Check-out, room views, etc. depend on availability and will incur extra charges.
  • While we do our best to provide everything you need, remote locations can sometimes limit our offerings. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in these situations. Your support means a lot.
  • Volvo buses between Delhi and Base are from a third-party vendor, so stops and routes aren't entirely up to us. If a breakdown happens, we'll get you a backup ASAP, factoring in the location and time it would take. Thanks for understanding and cooperating!

  • Sharing a room with 3? No extra bedding, but we've got cozy mattresses. Rotate and snooze comfortably – let's make it a blast!
  • Embrace the mountains with care. Pack a reusable bottle, limit plastic use, and bring back what you bring. Let's love and protect our mountains together.
  • In the event of any cancellations due to a Force Majeure (war, natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, etc.), cancellation charges will be applied as per Samara World's Cancellation Policy mentioned in the Camp Application Form.
  • Any unforeseen expenses arising during such situations shall be borne by the participants.
