Setting Off on the Educational Expedition – Departure from Hometown

  • Students report at the designated railway station at least 90 minutes before departure time, marking the official start of their educational journey.
  • After a quick headcount and group briefing by the tour leaders, students board the train bound for Jaipur.

Welcome to the Pink City – Culture Begins at the Bazaar

  • Upon your arrival in Jaipur, we'll swiftly transfer you from the station / airport to your hotel, ensuring a seamless start to your stay.
  • After settling in and allocating rooms, we'll form groups for efficient coordination.
  • Following a rejuvenating hi-tea session, we'll venture out to the bustling Johari Bazaar, immersing ourselves in its vibrant atmosphere and exploring its myriad treasures.
  • Returning to the hotel, we'll indulge in a delightful dinner, savoring the flavors of Rajasthani cuisine and unwinding after a day of travel and exploration, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience in Jaipur.

Forts, Architecture & Astronomy – Discovering Jaipur’s Timeless Legacy

  • After a hearty breakfast, we'll embark on a full day of sightseeing in Jaipur, starting with a visit to the majestic Nahargarh Fort, perched atop the Aravalli hills, offering panoramic views of the city.
  • From there, we'll start journey to the historic Abhaneri Stepwell, marveling at its intricate architecture and learning about its significance in water conservation.
  • Continuing our exploration, we'll delve into the concept of the Pink City, discovering the fascinating history behind Jaipur's distinctive color scheme and architectural heritage.
  • Our next stop will be the iconic Hawa Mahal, or "Palace of Winds," renowned for its ornate façade and intricate lattice work, followed by Dinner and night Stay.

From Forts to Flora – Discovering Jodhpur’s Heritage & Ecology

  • After a fulfilling breakfast, we'll depart for Jodhpur, a journey of approximately 6 hours.
  • Along the way, we'll make strategic stops for sightseeing, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty and history of Rajasthan.
  • Upon reaching Jodhpur, we'll arrive at our hotel by lunchtime, where you can enjoy a delicious meal.
  • In the afternoon, we'll embark on a local sightseeing tour, exploring the Mehran Garh fort & Umaid Bhavan Palace.
  • Our highlight will be a visit to the Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park, where you'll learn about the region's unique ecology and conservation efforts while taking in breathtaking views of the desert landscape.
  • As the sun begins to set, we'll return to the hotel by dinnertime, allowing you to unwind and reflect on the day's adventures.

Journey to the Golden City – Exploring Heritage, Architecture & Water Conservation

  • Starting the day with an early breakfast and check-out, we'll set out for Jaisalmer, a scenic journey spanning approximately 285 kilometers and lasting around 5 hours. Upon arrival, we'll check in to the hotel and freshen up.
  • Our first destination will be the picturesque Gadisar Lake, where we'll immerse ourselves in its tranquil surroundings and capture the essence of Jaisalmer's beauty.
  • Next, we'll explore the exquisite architecture of Nathmal ki Haveli, a testament to the city's rich cultural heritage.
  • As the day unfolds, we'll visit the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort, culminating in a delightful dinner and a restful night stay at the hotel.

Exploring Legends, Heritage & Desert Ecosystems – An Immersive Jaisalmer Experience

  • This afternoon, embark on an exciting journey post-lunch to the historical Bada Bagh, where you'll explore the serene garden complex adorned with ancient cenotaphs, offering a glimpse into Jaisalmer's royal heritage.
  • Continue to the mysterious Kuldhara Village, a deserted settlement with intriguing tales of its abandonment.
  • As evening approaches, head to the enchanting Sam Sand Dunes for an exhilarating Desert Jeep Safari and a thrilling Camel Ride.
  • Experience the magic of the desert as you watch the breathtaking sunset over the golden sands.
  • Conclude the day with a return to the hotel for a delightful dinner and a restful night stay.

Farewell to the Land of Kings – Reflecting on the Journey

  • Post breakfast, we'll depart for Jodhpur.
  • Later, we'll reach Jodhpur and board our flight for the return journey, concluding our memorable trip.

Important Notes

  • At the time of trip boarding, all the students will be thoroughly briefed about the trip and all the necessary safety instructions by our well-trained professionals or Instructors.
  • A team of senior instructors will be travelling along with the children in the flight / Train.
  • Allotting them seats, boarding the luggage, etc will be taken care of by the instructors.
  • Every check-in will be assigned a dedicated senior instructor.
  • Wherever the group will be taking a halt for having meals, for washrooms, etc. Our instructors will check them first and once they approve the hygiene & quality, the students will be allowed to deboard and use them.
  • On these trips, a female supervisor will also be travelling especially with the female students.
  • Once we reach our destination, our senior instructors/trip captains and supervisors will take care of room allotments, briefing about the sightseeing plan, meals, what to carry, morning wakeup calls and activities etc.
  • For better understanding and safety, local assistance will be provided in case of activities like trekking, hikes, etc.
  • As a responsible and experiential travel community, we would try our best to provide all regional knowledge about the destination to the students on the trips.
  • We do not promote any commercial activity on the trips and thus Samara Camps says strictly no to them.
  • There will be proper home-cooked meals and hygiene will be the main point of concern for all the students.
  • All the transport and accommodation vendors are checked for quality and safety before the trip starts. Moreover, we work with them regularly and thus are trusted in all aspects. We strictly instruct drivers not to smoke, drink and conduct themselves in a good manner.
  • The instructors/trip captains travelling with the students will be equipped with a proper medical kit for emergency use. We make sure that all the students should fill out a safety form before boarding the trip.
  • Facilities such as oxygen cylinders and doctors on-call will also be provided on our trips.
  • Our team will be traveling from hometown to hometown.
  • All payments should be made in full and in advance
